Away she flew.

She strode
Past the onlookers
The staring eyes
The pointed fingers.

She strode
On the path less strewn
On the road less traversed
On the course which was harder.

She climbed the ledge
Shushed all the whispers
Spread her arms
And leapt.

Earlier, she strode.
Now, she flew.
